As part of Screen Deva, Chester’s film and digital media festival taking place between May 9 -16, Telford’s Warehouse will host Best of the Fests, an evening programme of the best short films from the UK’s and international film festivals. Show reels include selections from London Short Films Festival and Rushes: Soho Short Film Festival.
