Introducing The Jar Family – a collective of five singer/songwriters from the North East of England whose sum of their parts is even more than their individual talents.
Reminiscent of a time when musicians realised that through collaboration they could both achieve more and better fulfill themselves creatively, The Jar Family – Dali, Al Devon, Max Bianco, Chris Hooks and Richie Docherty have come together to start building something special.
Now joined by their bassist and producer, Keith Wilkinson and Kez Edwards on cajon drum the band has attracted lots of interest on the live scene…Five equally strong front-men and a vast array of carefully crafted songs of multiple genre and tempo from folk to indie rock “connected by a musical umbilical, which makes them undeniably one great, lively, grinning whole” (mudkiss.com)
