Embrace your inner child with the Happiness Ninja!

Ummm, why?

Well d’uhhh, it makes you HAPPY!

Playing, goofing around and not taking yourself too seriously is pretty much the answer to everything in life! Our child-like capacity for innocence, wonder, awe, joy, sensitivity and playfulness has the key to more of our happiness than most of us realise!!!

Somewhere along the way we learn to forget the things that, once upon a time, came so naturally to us. We’re told to stop being silly and childish; to stop daydreaming; to just grow up like mummy and daddy and fit in with everyone else – yet once we grow up, many of us wonder what our purpose in life is.

It isn’t to work and pay bills. Everyone knows that!
?

Denying, stifling or even bludgeoning our child-like qualities to death can actually have quite a serious effect on our mental well being. Yes that’s right – hello depression, anxiety, insecurity, loneliness, anger and all those other things we don’t like to talk about. All those things come from not embracing that little boy or little girl inside us all.

Did you know the things you did as a child most reflect your true self?  Your beautiful spirit?

Did you paint? Did you dance? Did you have an epic imagination? Did you love to build things? Play shop? Boss people about? Like to help others? Be a superhero?

Who were you before you became who you thought you should be?

Let’s find out!

?

Come join the Unicorn Club!

You’re invited to leave your grown-up problems at the door and indulge in some play time with the Happiness Ninja! So, pop on a uni-horn, play a game, do some colouring in, raid the fancy dress box and take a silly photo – it’s time to embrace your inner child! Plus it’s an excuse to act like a proper knob for a couple of hours!

Stress? What stress?

Indie-Rock Duo. Inspired by Royal Blood/Drenge/Manchester Orchestra/WAS/Billy Talent. Serious love of heavy riffs and making lots of noise!

” If you look back over the last fifty or sixty years of popular music, there’s literally millions of songs and records out there that still sound just as good today as when they were released. My mate Ed said ‘If it can be played now then it’s a now record.’ I tend to agree, but that’s only half the story. These days, when I DJ I want to blend all those hip tracks from back in the day with contemporary stuff because whether you like it or not, good music is being released all the time. I love big fat electronic beats, trippy bleeps and massive bass etc. It’s all about striking the right balance on the dancefloor… and having fun.” Tony Bear

It just needed a nap.” [Thelineofbestfit.com]
