Chester Performs, the arts organisation behind Chester’s week long film festival SCREEN DEVA, and regular programme of contemporary performance SOAPBOX, have partnered up with Northern Film Network to host a unique panel and networking event on Tuesday 16th March. Chester Performs along with other festival organisers; filmonik , Exposures , Noise Festival and Salford Film Festival will be on hand to answer your questions on the running of festivals and the opportunities available.
